In the accessories workshop of Wingtech Jiaxing intelligent manufacture center, we see that the full-automatic injection molding robotic arms can take out the shell accurately and cut the burr, as well as carry out the assembly operation automatically, and the number of operators has been reduced from 28 to 4. With its millimeter-level accuracy, the 24-hour non-stop robotic arm improves the quality and yield significantly; the automatic spraying line can complete the painting work of the shell by 2-3 operators.

In the assembly workshop, we see that the automatic robot intelligent test equipment has replaced the traditional manual test, and the automatic patching machines have replaced the previous manual assembly line. The automatic dispensing robot accurately dispenses glue for the main board of the production line and the automatic screw machine never misses, the efficiency has been doubled, and the torque is completely consistent. In the assembly workshop, we can see that the automatic number writing system independently developed by Wingtech has been launched. Compared with the previous manual scanning and number writing system, the current automatic number writing system not only reduces the manpower by 3 / 4, reduces computer equipment by 7 / 8, but also has zero error rate, which greatly improves the product quality and customer satisfaction.
