闻泰科技已正式向荷兰方面指定的安世半导体（Nexperia）股权托管人迪里克先生（Mr.Dierick）、阿诺德先生（Mr.Arnold）发出函件，提议就安世半导体相关争议开展建设性会谈，以期通过对话弥合分歧、寻求符合各方利益的长期解决方案。

Wingtech Technology has formally sent letters to the Dutch-appointed custodians of Nexperia’s shares, Mr. Dierick and Mr. Arnold, proposing constructive discussions on the disputes surrounding Nexperia. Wingtech aims to bridge differences through dialogue and seek a long-term solution that serves the interests of all parties.

As the lawful controlling shareholder of Nexperia, Wingtech has made its position clear: the core prerequisite and fundamental basis for resolving Nexperia’s current governance impasse is the restoration of Wingtech’s lawful control and full shareholder rights.

自荷兰方面针对安世半导体采取单边干预措施以来，安世半导体的正常经营秩序与全球供应链稳定性均受到显著影响，不仅损害了闻泰科技作为股东的合法权益，也对欧洲汽车及半导体产业的供应链安全造成冲击。

Since the Dutch side imposed unilateral intervention measures on Nexperia, the company’s normal business operations and the stability of global supply chains have been significantly affected. These actions have not only harmed Wingtech’s lawful rights and interests as a shareholder, but have also disrupted the supply-chain security of Europe’s automotive and semiconductor industries.
